So Sad...

I hear that there was a debate in Parliament yesterday on the increased number of food banks opening across the UK and the need they are fulfilling for so many. It surprised me to find out that my own town now has two. This weekend there is a big nationwide collection of food in supermarkets. So it is even worse to discover that only twelve MP's representing all political parties attended such an important debate.

So in this instance as so few attended its not possible to praise one party over another but at least my local MP was one who attended and criticised the need of them but equally praised the work these organisations and volunteers are doing.
