I Was Getting A Little Worried...

They keep saying on the radio the weekend is going to be hot and sunny, then you see the weather I awoke to and think "Really?" A dull sky, blustery winds but though not great it has improved and given me hope that the events at the weekend will be successful. I may have to take a baseball cap to protect my head from that rare object in the sky(the Sun)though by early evening it may just be pleasant. Who knows I may have a look to buying a "Fancy" hat suitable for Summer wear. Possibly some sun lotion too.

Seems funny that come October I'll be looking to buy some gloves for Winter again...I lost one after wearing them for six or seven months and then even though the weather has been poor until quite recently they'd been taken off the shelves and you could not buy any...perhaps I'll but two pairs in case it happens again.

I have discovered that I can get two a few open spaces reasonably easy by public transport during the day so ok they are only parks but it will make a change seeing a different one to the one I always seemed to travel to and I'm going to take my new picnic rug/blanket and cool bag.

One is Stewarts Park and another is Ropner Park but are near Stockton On Tees. You get a ride out, see something other than a housing estate or the four walls of home. There may be something worth taking a video or photo of that I can on here. It appears that I can be there within an hour or so.

Well at least the sun is out for now...
