Well, some ammendments have passed through th Lords and defeated the Government on a number of ideas but the government will still try to overturn what has happened and the defeats though welcome are more cosmetic than anything else...such as instead of ESA being limited to a year it will be two years.
Some people who have Cancer will be helped but that doesn't help others with serious on going health conditions that vary from day to day...
The House of Lords could've offered more hope than they have.
