Rediscovering Of Food...
Yesterday, I introduced some fruit to my fruit selection that I have neglected...apples and pears. I had forgotten how good they really are. It was simple meal of apple, banana and pear with yogurt and I doubt I could have eaten any more. It seems difficult to eat large meals and un-necessary.
Later, I had a ham salad with potato wedges, cucumber, celery, watercress, spinach, rocket, tomatoes, cheese, beetroot, spring onions, the only slightly indulgence that was new was the adding of a garlic and herb dressing.
Generally, I think that is reasonably healthy.
