So OK I'll Give In...



Here's a blog entry of video's from the events that I attended over the weekend. The quality of sound varies due to people talking and some not so much due to people walking past nor do I mind people taking their own video's and photo's but where I think of others and find a place that will not restrict the view of others but you'll see a prat on a couple of my video's who don't care as long as they get their own ok and they even go in close to the subject and spoil it for everyone else.

In the pink T-shirts the great Oompah Brass who have won awards, appear regularly on Friday nights in London, have played the Edinburgh Festival and have a Facebook Page too. The first two video's of them were not recorded in Durham. I have found out the event has been going a number of years and I have just found out about it!

The other Band is The Dead Victorians who were also very entertaining and I suspect a complete show is worth seeing going by the performance they gave and hopefully they will return here again.

The following is an overview of one day of the Bands In The Street 2013 the day before I attended so
 I missed some of the bands that performed. However, I get another chance...I read that two bands are appearing in my town next week, another in the local railway museum 3 miles away in Shildon on Sunday and we have one last big push in Durham on July 20th.

Sadly I only caught the last seconds of BoldAs as their set came to an end. But they are doing some shows during the next few days at certain venues acrosss the North East.
