I feel a bit of a failure Jan...

I had to get up out of bed approx an hour ago as I could not sleep just after saying I felt brighter.

I think its hit home all that may happen this year regarding whether I'll have enough income and whether I can stay where I am or will have to move.

I still hope to get January out of the way before I make any firm decisions or they are made for me.

I think that I may be suffering from a mild panic attack. Or perhaps its anxiety.

I wasn't sure that I should admit it. I'm not a born worrier so it is all new to me. Even when I became seriously ill I was strong in character.

This is probably how things will go though, mood swings until hopefully there are more good days than bad. I probably expect too much too soon.

I wish I could remember how it was when Dad passed away. Did I go through a similar situation or was it different because Mum and myself were there for each other and so there was still some normality and we were able to support each other.

It will sound big headed but I sometimes think that you can be at a disadvantage if you are too intelligent and you think too deeply about things. If you don't think and perhaps follow the light fluffy unimportant things perhaps its not such a bad thing.

Then again if you are intelligent and find yourself thinking about more serious matters theres not much you can do about it!

I managed to get a decent sleep and woke much brighter. So different to the early hours. That pleases me.

How things can change from one day to the next.

I had some corned beef and tomato baps for breakfast. I am thinking of having corned beef hash later for my evening meal perhaps with some baked beans.
