Is Your PC/Laptop Running Slow?
Just found this short instructional video by chance...pity you have to sit through an ad first but that's only approx 30 seconds in length...
How To Speed Up Your Internet Access...
Following on from comments elsewhere about internet use and data allowance per month an anon who posts asks what can you do, they liked a bit of surfing, e-mailing and listening to some speech radio. The last couple of days because I had not used up all of my allowance I decided to do some radio streaming depending on the quality I have worked out that roughly 6-10 hours daily you might just manage on 10GB each month but whether there would still be enough spare to still do some surfing, e-mailing I don't know but you'd need more if you were also watching a lot of video as in You Tube.
I watched roughly 90 minutes of You Tube overnight and that used half a GB so three hours would work out around 1GB so if you did say 3 hours of video and 10 hours of radio daily you'd probably need around 50GB each month so a package of 60GB is a must. But again my ISP allows access overnight that does not bite into your paid for allowance so you could far exceed your 10GB or 60GB monthly allowance.
It is confusing...and not unlike looking for a cheap deal on gas and electric!
