At Least The Clothes For Mum's Funeral...
were in general OK. At least the trousers did not try to come down(after me losing weight)but I did not find out until today that the pockets on the outside of the jacket are...false. They are just flaps...
So I had to put keys, mobile phone, money etc...into the inside pockets and/or the trouser pockets. Bit of a nuisance! Well, I don't suppose I'll be wearing them again for a long, long time so later on I'll hang them up in a wardrobe/cupboard. Unless its for another funeral, heaven forbid...
Five neighbours turned up, Two cousins and their wives, Two relatives from my Father's side, The carers who looked after Mum at home, two friends, Mum's brother and his wife, Our gardener, another person who liked Mum, an ex companion/boyfriend of Mum's with his new love(make what you like of that)Sister and Brother In Law of the Brother in the States and some others I did not know...In the end it was quite a decent turn out.
My Mum's Brother's wife stayed with me through the whole service and sat in the car with me...a nice gesture. At present it seems so very strange just having to think about me! In theory if I get the TV set up in the lounge or decide to watch some TV now(otherwise why did I buy a license)it will seem strange to think I can watch whatever I wish and for as long I wish(I did anyhow I suppose)the same with the radio(whether I listen through the PC)or go to bed and do so.
I can't change things and will have to get used to it but not sure that I like it! I hope the router for the internet doesn't interfere with my DAB radio's. Unless I need to eat I could live(and mainly do upstairs)unless I need to cook a meal. I have a kettle upstairs for drinks. I could even consider moving the microwave upstairs...
Though if I watch the new TV I'll have to be downstairs a little more.

Those pockets in your suit-I would check them out as a lot of them are stitched up to prevent shop lifting etc.The pocket is usually under a fine stitch (under the flap) that you have to cut which will reveal the pocket.
You can grab the inside lining and feel if the pocket is there if you like.
No pockets!
